Our duo for young guests

When our young guests arrive at the Kaiserhof for their children’s holiday, it’s not just the Kuppelhuber-Angerer host family that is waiting impatiently. Bärtram the bear from Berwang and Happy the clown from Familotel are also excited about the new guests and want to show them everything they can experience.

Bärtram is our beloved bear. And he doesn’t live at the hotel, of course, but on the edge of the forest. From here, he regularly pops into the Kaiserhof to welcome his guests together with Happy the funny clown. Children can give Bärtram a really big hug and squish as the cuddly bear loves that. Bärtram knows exactly what young guests enjoy. But that’s not hard, because it’s exactly what he really enjoys too. For example, he really likes dancing and singing and even has his own song for it, which he sings together with the children. You can dance really well to it and Bärtram loves it when everyone joins in.

Explore the forest and its inhabitants with bärtram

As a real Berwanger bear, Bärtram is of course very familiar with the forest. Together with the children, he embarks on a search for clues: Maybe a badger lives here or the big pile over there is where ants are living? Bärtram knows the answer and so his guests learn a lot about nature and its inhabitants here in the mountains.

This kind of excursion into the forest makes you hungry of course. But Bärtram has already thought of that and invites everyone to barbecue. And then, of course, there are the only real forest hot dogs. Whether our guests have such a huge appetite as Bärtram? No one has put away as many hot dogs as he has yet.

Bärtram does not only know the forest like the back of his hand: he also knows what his little guests here in Berwang are sure to enjoy. All children love the petting zoo in Bichlbach. Here you can see owls, foxes, kangaroos, goats, monkeys and donkeys up close and some of the animals can even be stroked.

Now, Bärtram doesn’t really like water that much, but of course he knows that swimming is simply the greatest thing for children. Moreover, the forest outdoor pool in Berwang is practically named after him. That’s why Bärtram’s ultimate summer excursion tip is: the Bärenbad pool on the edge of the forest in Berwang. When Bärtram sees how much fun the children are having in the 250 m² pool and the 26 degree Celsius warm water, it makes him almost want to… But no, his fur should remain dry. After all, you can eat ice cream, run around the playground and jump on the bouncy castle there too. That’s much more to Bärtram’s liking.
