Conditions of participation

The recipient of the information provided by the participant is Hotel Kaiserhof H. und I. Kuppelhuber GmbH & Co KG, Nr. 78, 6622 Berwang, Austria (in short: "organizer"). The information provided will only be used for the competition.
Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to adapt, change or cancel the competition without giving reasons if necessary.

Procedure of the competition
Participants will be given the opportunity to submit an evaluation online on all days within the specified period.

Winning, notification and transmission of the prize
The winners will be determined in a random draw among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be entered into the prize draw.
The winners of the prize draw will be informed promptly by a separate e-mail.

The prize will only be handed over to the winner or the legal representative of the underage winner. It is not possible to exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash.
Any costs incurred for shipping the prize will be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for paying any taxes on the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 3 weeks of being requested to do so, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

How can you take part?
You can take part by starting the survey and then submitting the contact form.
To take part in the competition, it is necessary to complete and send the entry form shown. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
Only one submitted entry per participant per day will be entered into the competition. Participants who wish to increase their chances of winning by using multiple email addresses will not be considered.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Who can take part?
Any natural person over the age of 16 may participate free of charge. Participants under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian, which is assumed by the hotel. Automated lottery services and lottery clubs are excluded from participation.

Who is not allowed to participate?
The Familotel Kaiserhof reserves the right to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons. These are, for example, the violation of these conditions of participation, manipulation and/or illegal contributions that contain insults, false facts, trademark, competition or copyright infringements. The Familotel Kaiserhof reserves the right to take legal action if necessary. Users are liable for any legal infringements. Employees of the Familotel Kaiserhof and their relatives are excluded from taking part in this competition. Legal recourse is excluded.

Data protection information
All data collected as part of the competition will only be used by the Familotel Kaiserhof to carry out the competition.

Miscellaneous
The Familotel Kaiserhof reserves the right to adapt, modify or terminate the competition at any time. Circumstances that may lead to this are, for example, disruptions to the competition due to force majeure, legal reasons, technical reasons (e.g. hardware or software errors) or manipulation of the competition by third parties. The Familotel Kaiserhof is not liable for consequences arising from participation in the competition that lie outside its area of responsibility. Cash payment of the non-cash prize is not possible. Claims to prizes cannot be transferred to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded.
