A view from the balcony over enchanting, untouched nature is part and parcel of a really happy holiday for you? We at Familotel Kaiserhof think the same way and that is why each of our rooms has its own private balcony.

But this is not the only thing that makes our rooms, apartments and suites so special: each one has its own personal touch, so you are certain to find the right holiday home for you. Bright colours and natural wood tones give our newly designed rooms a light and airy ambience. Many of our regular guests have their favourite room in classic Tyrolean style.

Family bed extension: more space & maximum comfort

Have you always dreamed of having more space for the whole family? We offer you the perfect solution: Extend your double bed to a generous 240x200 cm and create a cosy family bed (in selected room categories)!

A family room that offers just the right balance: across approximately 38 m², parents and children have separate sleeping areas while still being close to one another. A balcony and a bathroom with shower, with some rooms also featuring a bathtub, complete the family room.

Cosy, well designed and made for families. Alpensuite klein offers around 40 m² with separate sleeping areas for parents and children, a comfortable living and dining area and a balcony. The flexible children’s sleeping area provides space for up to three children.

Compact, cosy and with separate sleeping areas for parents and children: Bärtrams Familienhöhle offers everything families need for a relaxing stay across approximately 32 m². Two separate sleeping areas and two double beds make Waldruhe a particularly flexible choice for families. The children’s bedroom also features an additional single bed above the double bed. This gives families with up to three children plenty of flexibility when it comes to sleeping arrangements, complemented by a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a balcony with mountain views.

Perfectly equipped

Even in terms of size, you can choose freely from cosy rooms for one person to spacious suites. All rooms have cable TV, telephone, safe and wellness basket with a cuddly bathrobe.

As a hotel for families, baby and child-friendly amenities are particularly important to us. So in each room you will find full baby amenities with a cot, changing mat, bottle warmer and more. Everything you need for a successful holiday with babies in Tyrol is at hand. And our bigger little guests are bound to find their own sleeping area in “Bärtram’s rooms” very cool.

In our rooms, it is simply wonderful to sleep in the pleasant climate of our mountains and to be woken up in the morning from your holiday dreams by the gentle ringing of cowbells. But after waking up, there’s no stopping you: as beautiful as our rooms are, there is another day on holiday packed with adventures and discoveries just waiting for you outside.
